In other words, You can never fully stop someone from cheating on your servers but do the best you can server-side to defend. SMAC isn't perfect as any other anti-cheat can't be either.

Yes, the truth is not everyone will pay 20 eyros for cheats like that , which will be undetectable by SMAC or others..
But is there a way to stop them also? Are you sure there isn't any plugin that you have to pay for that and detects also paied cheats?
I am admin but I can't spec 24/7 for cheaters, this is ridiculus.
