1. Chat filtering only applies to messages that go through "say" & "say_team" commands.

2. Attached an example file - check it out.

3. It generally depends on how you configure the plugin.

Default configuration:
• Words specified in the simple-namefilters.txt file will be removed from a player's name
• IP addresses will be removed from a player's name
• Symbols/custom fonts will be removed from a player's name
• If a player's name is too short (has less than 3 characters) the player will be renamed to "Player #userid" (example: Player #56)
