Allows players to play as Merasmus!

Command:
sm_bmerasmus <target> // Requires at least the default Admin flag: slay!

ConVars:
sm_merasmus_hp <Health as interger> // Sets the health the player will spawn as being Merasmus

Changelog: Current Version: v1.2

Usage:
When spawned as Merasmus, you have the access to only one of his spells so far, the spell that launches you into the air, and you can melee people like he can. Mouse2 triggers spell.

NOTICE: This is a temporary plugin until FlaminSarge releases his Be the Merasmus plugin, I made this plugin in about a day or two, so my code is not as clean as it would be. (Or as efficient but i'll be making changes to how the animation works and make it accurate in a few days or more)
