Hello, I just purchased a vps windows 10 64bit, 8 GB RAM/4 CPU, i'm attempting to dispatch a ZM Server on it, I downloaded the mod, ( Addons, Sounds ...and so forth ). I introduced CS 1.6 Non Steam - Copied the record of the mod to cstrike organizer and acknowledge the difference in the documents. at the point when I attempt to begin the worker I get a message : Host_Error : Couldn't get DLL API From !

I reinstalled counter-strike on the grounds that hlds (half life devoted worker) was not working yet this actually hasn't tackled the issue. At the point when I double tap hlds.exe, nothing occurs. No mistake message and nothing opens up by the same token. Kindly assistance me out.

I have 2 PCs - one is Win 7 32-bit and one is Win 8 x64 and hlds doesn't work in both of them... At the point when I double tap it, nothing occurs.
