Can someone explain to me why this always occurs? Why does this occur on Windows and not linux? I'm running one server on windows which has the issue, but the linux server does not.

I am running latest SM 1.10

These seems to occur once a month where the server is unusable until a SM gamedata update has fixed this? Why does it continue to effect windows? Should I move my servers to linux? Seems to occur once a month as valve love to update windows gamedata but not linux. Also affecting surf servers.

EDIT: Disabled clantag cvar for 1v1 and fixed
