Hi, I'm trying to figure out why the unusual effects is not current attaching to the player when they equip it. I have updated my gamedata TF2items.txt to see if that was the issue, but I notice that the unusual effect is not equipping to the newer hats. I can't figure out what the issue is since I'm not getting any error through my server console. Any help would be great thanks
