As of 2020, this plugin, actually works! tested with tfc running amxmodx 1.8xxx

X-client using server

if X renames during gameplay, the names are replaced, showing a line that "name" is not allowed.
if X uses text case different from listed, i.e. NAME, nAmE, name, and the variable is Name, the plugin catches it.
you must make note, and add names that circumvent your restrictions
USE A .TXT for names. name this file name_list.txt
