I'm not sure since I've never used Custom Weapons 3.
Plugin in original post updated to version 2.0 which adds support for Medieval Mode. In other words, if playing a medieval mode map like cp_degrootkeep the plugin will not give primary or secondary weapons to players unless the weapon is allowed in medieval mode (like the Medic crossbow).
Version 2.0 now correctly gives Scout and Heavy players with overpowered weapons 2000 health.
