I basically made the same plugin and released it last month (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2729906), always interesting to see different implementations of the same thing. Would be cool if you could add the ability to split hands. I do like how your implementation stays in the Menu rather than being split between the menu and in-game chat like mine is!
