Ok, first off, chill out.

Instructions are as follows.

Install the plugin as normal.

Go into your sound folder and create a new folder. I named mine music, but you can name it what you want. Put all your mp3 files in here.

Now, go to your config file and add a new .ini called "bgmlist". Edit it to contain the directory of your mp3s with the root folder being your cstrike folder. (For me it is sound/music/song.mp3)

Now there is a little thing I have found. If you convert something form one media type to mp3 using a converter, it will not work in your server when you go to play it. I really wanted to put FPS doug quotes in, but it looks like that will not be happening, with no support for WMA.
