server crash or game crash what cause that error and where i can find logs ?

edit: when i select my custom model server and csgo crashs, what is wrong about model, i already did a another model ?

edit2: another model does not crash but it is not visible and give that error "Error Vertex File for 'weapons\v_snip_awp.mdl' checksum -1511391330 should be -1000641523"

in csgo sdk when i open model in dowloaded server files in my csgo model opens up with textures but in game invisible why ?
