I found a bug:

Max cells is 200 not 100 ( for engineers )

line 1229:
if(tfc_getbammo(ptd,TFC_AMMO_CELLS)>100) tfc_setbammo(ptd,TFC_AMMO_CELLS,100)

and in the menu has a 100 max too
