Zip file contains source, compiled and readme file which includes more detailed installation, history and usage info.

Source contains information and code for direct spectating, but also the problems that I have been facing. Once I get it working properly on publics (works fine on lan, which suggests latency is involved) then the plugin won't have to cycle, it will go directly to the player in question.
