Well, i use a free plugin called
Weapon Model Replacement from GHW_Chronic, but it is very outdated to use new sound formats and no limited wav settings for make it playable for each CS Client. The rare thing is that allows weapon sounds, meanwhile that the post means that sounds only works with melee weapons.
