Maps can be changed by replacing "emp_blast_ob1" or any "emp_*" with map specfic to your games

Client Initialized Voting -Jetpack. Allows client to start a jetpack/fartpack vote using !votejp in chat

so in this case you can call !votejp over the round 3 times before all voting stops till next map change

Also vote will run for 18 seconds.
