CS:S extension change coming soon to SM 1.5 builds.

Soon, SourceMod 1.5 (and Metamod:Source 1.9) builds will have Counter-Strike: Source as a separate engine and separate binaries.
This is in response to Valve splitting it off and only occasionally syncing it to the changes in TF2, DOD:S, and HL2DM.
For gamedata, if you're using gamedata by engine, rather than only gamedir, the new engine name for css is "css". The "orangebox_valve" name will continue to work only for TF2, DOD:S, HL2DM, and GMod (until GMod 13 is released).
For filename, if using multiple binaries, the engine string will also be "css".
Ex.
sample.ext.2.css.dll
sample.ext.2.css.so
This is a breaking change, but we feel that it's the right path forward.
