I said why in the description. Many servers have a rule that doesn't allow the terrorist to exit his base and many maps allow him to do that. Some maps also have longjumps, kz, etc. in the terrorist's base, so the terrorist will probably go and jump there the whole round instead of pressing the buttons. You can easily block out those areas with this plugin.
