One of my admins I have tested with do not have this issue, which is odd.
Also, making a test user now.
User details:
Username: TestUser
Password: Test123
This user does not have any permissions, I will set the theme back now
Getting the same issue on the default theme, very odd and i've never had this issue, not a big one though.
