Ok, thanks for info. It's that translator.
It use sql to convert text.

Need to translate model names on plugin start.
I fix that soon.

*edit
- This version translate model names on OnPluginStart() ready.
- Chat colored warning message to all, what repeat message 5x after player spawn.
- Replace single quote ' to backtick `
