Tell players that in order to make the weapons visible, they have to pick up a different weapon, then pick up the custom spawned weapon again. That will make the custom weapons visible to other players.
Right now I don't think there's any SourceMod-coding way to simulate dropping and picking up the weapon, so players have to do it manually.
