Detects camping and adds a beacon effect to camping players
Planned Features:- Add an escalating punishment system.
CVar's:
sm_anticamp_version: The version number
sm_anticamp_enable: Set to 0 to disable anticamp
sm_anticamp_bomb_plant: Set to 0 if you want the anti-camp function enabled even after the bomb is planted
sm_anticamp_low_health_level: Set to the health level below which camping is OK
sm_anticamp_radius: The radius to check for camping");
sm_anticamp_poll_count: The amount of times a suspected camper is checked for
sm_anticamp_polls_needed: The number of times he is found within the radius to be a camper
sm_anticamp_poll_time: The polling interval
sm_anticamp_forgive: This determines if players should be beacon should go away if they stop camping
