If when you load your server the mapcfg doesn't unload the plugin (That's for prevent the plugin to freeze reds next to 60 seconds on every round), just replace jail_.cfg for <map prefix_.cfg> for example, if your jailbreak map is jbk_minefield you have to replace "jail_.cfg" for "jbk_.cfg" or copy jail_.cfg, and rename it to jbk_minefield.cfg and reload/start your server, personally I preffer to copy and re-name to avoid future errors
