Every single plugin that uses steamtools on my server doesn't work (Bp.tf, Antiftp, etc) because of this error:

I have tried updating steamtools, restarting the server multiple times, refreshing everything, uninstalling steam tools and reinstalling it, but none have worked. I really need help, does anyone have a solution to this problem?
