From brony to bronies. (Brother pony)

This plugin adds picture of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic characters and 8-bit remixes of MLP music into dispenser, if engineer wants (type /pony in chat). Plugins has little overlay for inform engineers about ponyspenser.

Music will not be started, until other ponyspenser is in near 750 units (inches)

P.S.Amplifier and Beespenser (coming soon... I hope) can not be ponyspenser.

3. Do you use sv_downloadurl? Copy bz2-achives into.
4. turn sv_pure to 0 or add custom resources of ponyspenser to sv_pure's whitelist.
