Hello , i have problem i installed plugin eTweaker on my server but its not working

when i start server this is in console:
[SM] Unable to load plugin "Tweaker.smx": Required extension "PTaH" file("PTaH.ext") not running
I know , I know dont shout at me... PTah is installed on my server i tried the newest version and verision what is tested on ... I have no idea where is problem can someone help me? Please...
