Moved plugin to Github and updated github to version 2.3 (untested). Version 2.2 was what was on here. Code cleaned up a lot and combined into functions. Still need to update to new syntax when I have time. If anyone tries the new version, let me know if it is working properly. I think I have it on a few servers and haven't noticed any problems.
