checked "streamline-server" the prices are so high compared to the others, and actually don't want to go for a dedi since it costs a lot, and dunno if i can afford it for long term...

For location germany or france will be fine, for max budget let's say 15-20€ for ~26-28 slots ( something similiar to VG pricing ) but with good performances
