I realized this version of autoplant is very old and unmaintained, I was pointed towards this version which is actively maintained - https://github.com/b3none/retakes-autoplant

On top of that, the error is caused by out of date gamedata, so you need to update your sourcemod to fix it. The gamedata was updated and merged into sourcemod tonight, it should be in the next autobuild listed here: https://www.sourcemod.net/downloads.php?branch=dev#
