If certain plugins are no longer working, please post in that plugin's thread or message the author. There shouldn't be any issues that I'm aware of regarding plugin backwards compatibility, so you shouldn't experience an issue upgrading.

i try to run the stable sourcemod, but some of the plugins didnt work
rtv, nominate, and another one.
and some plugins of retake
