My servers may have one set of skins / models, etc.
Your server has another set, those sets are not necessarily 100% the same, and therefore, you won't really be able to find any "fast dl versions" out there, as the "fast dl content" is relative to your server's content...
Setting up proper fast dl (sv_downloadurl) isn't hard, there are many tutorials around if you search a little bit. That point is however beyond the scope of this thread..
