Installation:
- Click 'Get Source' link below
- Compile Locally
- Place 'Jointeam_Select.amxx' in addons/amxmodx/plugins/ folder
- Open addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini
- Add the line 'Jointeam_Select.amxx' at the bottom
- Restart server or change map
