Description:
Survivors can buy skills and various improvements for the money they get for killing special infected and can also buy improvements for the team for team points.
All purchases remain until the new Chapter begins.

Commands:
!skills - Opens the menu for shopping
!sa - Admin menu
!reload_perks - Allow admin to reload configs of perks

Hi bro, quick question, in l4d2_skills_core.zip how can I change the price of "Regenerate Health", it only costs 2 dollars and it is too easy to buy constantly.
