Not as far as I know of. we'll just have to rely on VAC for now, unless there's something else out there.

VAC does not ban players immediately, but it adds them to a database and the ban shows on their profile immediately. Someone somewhere made a plugin to detect this and ban players who have been detected but not yet banned by VAC.
