Like player can choose whether they want awp noscope round or scout? If yes, do you want it to display a vote menu to both player like this: "choose your weapon for noscope round" or just give AWP and show player a menu whether they want SCOUT instead? (AWP vs Scout is possible in this scenario)
or just a cvar that lets you change noscope weapon?
