It's a wiki, anyone can edit it. I do whenever I see issues with it.
Heck, I added that nice table of games SteamCmd supports*... I added the bug note about appid 90 sometimes not installing all files (after a discussion on hlds about it... including me testing it and finding out that it didn't always install cstrike)... and other miscellaneous changes.
* Other people have updated it since then.

Believe it or not, this "error" is actually a good thing, as client .so files are compiled against newer versions of GLIBC than Debian includes.
