His plugin is totally harmless. SteamBans was broken before he released the AMXX plugin anyway.
The solution for SteamBans is to find a better identification for the players or to accept reports only from trusted servers that do not run steamid-changers. It's silly to think that censoring Joaquim's plugin will do anything to 'protect' the community.
I would like it to be brought back from the dead. STEAM_0:0:80085 and 1337 for everyone!
