here it is the plugin without messages, so u dont have to use that "spraymanagement.txt" anymore

where i should put the
"spraymanagement.txt"

.txt are located at "addons/amxmodx/data/lang", but as u asked to removed all print messages u dont have to put "spraymanagement.txt" there. files .txt are called multi-lingual that supports a lot of messages in all languages
