Servers running too many plugins that precaches and spawn a lot of entities can crash by edict limit easily. (c1m3 is the vanilla map most common to happen)

I had the same issue as you Spirit, is not related to L4DToolZ, and, as AFAIK, there is no way to change the engine to bypass this value.

The solution was removing through stripper, some prop_physics from the map, that are mostly used for decoration, like cups, etc. still is not 100% but reduce the crashes

Other solution would be disabling some plugins that precache entities on these maps (Random Models, LMC, Hats, Charms, Flashlight)

I attached a stripper related to these maps, that I used to use to reduce the crashes, then you can take it as an example if works, btw if you want help on this I suggest creating a new topic, since this is not related to the L4DToolZ thread.
