It would be epic if you could make some kind of commander mod where a person can become actual commander of the team, and give orders to other people. The commander would be elected by vote, or maybe by some kind of mini-game like a trivia or something if he is the first to get the answer right.

And the commander would have bold chat in the game, and users would be encouraged to listen to his orders, the commander would have the ability to slap his teammates that are not obeying orders, and if the commander dies, of course it plays the 'commander down' sound like this mod does now.

It would do wonders for teamplay! Especially in TF2. And would add a roleplaying theme to the game without messing too much up like those RPG mods.

Of couse, the commander can be impeached by vote if some idiot becomes commander and starts abusing his authority.

Shit, this idea has me drooling.. I'll PAY $30 to anyone that can code this.
