I noticed that as well, using a different plugin. The scores seem to list correctly (in VS), but the scoreboard will show your character DIED at the point in the map you changed skins.
Just in case it isn't mentioned: It also causes a black bar in the TAB listing. ex. If two people play as Coach, then one of them will not be shown.
