Disable a blinding effect for teammates from flash grenades.

Key differences this plugin:

Let's assume this situation:
1) The enemy blinds you
2) A teammate throws a flash grenade, and in the explosion it is in your zone of vision.
3) You see everything again!
In this plugin this bug is fixed. This bug was present in other plugins like as No Team Flash (KRoT@L)
