What happens if you do logaddress_add 168.235.80.30:27500 with the output? If this succeeds then try to put logaddress_add 168.235.80.30:27500 into autoexec.cfg and check output again after restarting game server.
Also: Are other variables changed on your server, you changed in server.cfg mp_timelimit or something. If NOT your server.cfg does not get executed.
- Right folder?
- app_update validate?
- autoexec.cfg does something?
