@bzz0: i dont think that there is a config file yet that stores data.
@Xeen: when you typed esp_admin_add "yourid" - you should make a mapchange and reconnect. It worked for me.
i use
autoexec.cfg for this settings :
esp 1, esp_interval 0.02, esp_admin_add "STEAM_0:0:1111111" "STEAM_0:0:2222222"
so you dont need to add after every reboot.
