The only solution, which isn't really the best, is to shutdown the server without using the exit/quit/whatever command. Instead just kill the process and start it again or isn't that possible for you?

Sounds like you are using a steam group with the admins in it. If you can't find a solution you have to use the file for it. This doesn't seem to be a problem with calladmin, but rather with the socket extension and your OS settings.
