Check your SuperHero Database permissions for the user you used in the superheromysql.inc configuration.

Sorry we closed our SHM servers in December so I really have nothing to relate to.

Provide the information we require or this will not go anywhere.

What are you hosting the server on? Linux or Windows if Linux you cannot use LOCALHOST as the host you have to use 127.0.0.1 or 127.0.1.1 (depending if you edited the HOST file in ./etc folder).
Is the Database on the same computer?
What versions are you running?

Without this information it is pointless.
