It also instantly made a 41.4MB log file which says this, repeatedly:

L 11/30/2004 - 007:14: [Engine] Invalid player 0 (not in-game)
L 11/30/2004 - 007:14: [AMXX] To enable debug mode, add " debug" after the plugin name in plugins.ini (without quotes).
L 11/30/2004 - 007:14: [AMXX] Run time error 10 (native) (plugin "tripmine.amxx") - debug not enabled.
