Most likely no, this detection is triggered by a player shooting on the 1st tick when a player enters their crosshair. If a player enters their crosshair and they don't shoot the variable will reset back to 0. Incredibly unlikely to happen 3 times in a row like that, however I wouldn't ban. It autobans at 5.
