hello, sorry for my english. Is this plugin working or has it been discontinued?. My server donīt use sourceban, only need a cheat detect, the ban list is generated by my own bans.

How do I install this?

CowAntiCheat.smx in sourcemod plugin
CowAntiCheat.sp in sourcemod scripting?
README.md in where?
