Sends an message to your discord server with some informations about the current map, players online and connect link (and maybe with map image, depends on gametracker).

Installation:

• Install RIPExt
• Upload discord_MapNotification.smx into the plugins folder (addons/sourcemod/plugins)
• Upload DMN_Discord.cfg and DMN_LastMap.ini into the configs folder (addons/sourcemod/configs)
• Create a webhook for a specific (text) channel
• Update the webhook url in your DMN_Discord.cfg file (default webhook url is optional).

Note: I didn't test this version, but the previous version worked fine (I just added Username and Color CVar and made some minor changes)
