That's why I'm looking for help. I could figure that it's not downloading. I do appreciate you trying to help. but I need to know WHY its not actually downloading

My directory as of my server looks like this: C:\TFServer\tf\maps (or custom)\cp_furnace_rc.bsp

It downloads small files quickly. but big files come up as (missing files)
